XMAQUINA publishes independent third-party treasury attestations conducted by Andersen LLP confirming capital deployment and ownership of equity positions held by the DAO. As part of the DAO’s transparency framework, independent verification is commissioned once investments have been executed and ownership has been formally secured. Each attestation confirms alignment between governance-approved proposals and executed transaction documentation. Attestation letters verify: • The governance proposal authorizing the allocation • The investment vehicle used for execution • The underlying company exposure where applicable • Capital committed and total capital funded • Execution date and supporting documentation reviewed
