Robotics Capital Markets (RCM) is an onchain financial infrastructure protocol developed by XMAQUINA to connect selected private robotics investments with blockchain infrastructure and potential secondary markets. RCM enables eligible investors to participate in private robotics investment opportunities through structured primary offerings. These investments are represented by RCM Assets, which provide economic exposure to defined underlying investment positions. Each RCM Asset represents a contractual economic interest in a specific private robotics investment position through a financial instrument issued by Humanoid Holdings Ltd. Holders have rights to their applicable share of Attributable Net Proceeds, if any, following realisation of the underlying investment, subject to the relevant legal terms. This economic exposure is established through contractual rights against the Issuer rather than direct ownership of shares in the underlying robotics company. By connecting private investment structures with blockchain infrastructure, RCM supports asset issuance, transferability and potential interaction with independently operated secondary markets, where available and legally permitted.

Core Functions

RCM provides infrastructure supporting the following functions.
  • Private Investment Access. Eligible investors can participate in selected private robotics investment opportunities through structured primary offerings.
  • Onchain Asset Issuance. RCM Assets represent contractual economic interests in defined underlying investment positions through blockchain infrastructure.
  • Secondary Market Connectivity. RCM Assets may interact with compatible secondary markets, subject to applicable transfer restrictions, market availability and investor eligibility requirements.
  • Investment Lifecycle Management. RCM supports the processes associated with subscriptions, asset issuance, transfers and potential distributions following the realisation of underlying investments.
  • Asset Transparency. Investors can access relevant information about underlying investment positions, offering terms, available valuation disclosures and applicable legal documentation.
RCM is designed to extend the financial infrastructure available to private robotics investments beyond initial capital formation, while preserving the legal framework governing the underlying financial instruments. Participation is subject to investor eligibility and applicable legal requirements. RCM Assets involve investment risk, including potential loss of capital. Secondary market liquidity, investment returns and distributions are not guaranteed.
