## Where we are

The RCM Protocol is in **active legal structuring and design**. The core direction is set; mechanics, token structure, and the compliance framework are being finalized with counsel.

## Indicative phases

    An initial robotics allocation: capital formation, SPV, a per-allocation token, and onchain liquidity paired against DEUS.

    Structured onchain liquidity and price discovery; protocol fee flows to the DAO ecosystem.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Scale">
    Multiple allocations, broader eligible participation, and supporting tooling — subject to governance.
